Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook the other side.
- Serve warm with butter, syrup, or fresh fruit!
